About Us
Connex Credit Union has been active in the community since 1940, when it was chartered to serve SNET employees and their families in the greater New Haven area. At that time, the credit union was known as New Haven Telephone Employees Federal Credit Union. Through the mid-1990s, we expanded our affiliation to include more than 450 companies and organizations. Until recently, only employees of these select organizations and their families were eligible to join.

Although the name has changed, Connex Credit Union will continue to serve its members as a trusted provider of competitively priced financial products and services. Connex has eight conveniently located branches and 13 ATMs in New Haven, North Haven, Hamden, Guilford, Orange, and Wallingford. Connex offers free On-line and Telephone Banking (Call24) services, as well as low fees and very competitive rates on loans, mortgages and deposit products.
